Anyway, there are natural options available to assist in reducing high blood pressure. Several of these have excellent track records:
As far as HERBS are concerned, look into Hawthorn, Butchers Broom, Horse chestnut and Garlic.
Then there are the MINERALS Potassium, Magnesium, Calcium and Copper that show continued success.
VITAMINS and AMINO ACIDS that are helpful in lowering blood pressure include Vitamin B-Complex, C and E, Coenzyme Q10, Arginine and Carnitine.
These may all have to be taken in higher amounts than your current dosage, or those found in a multivitamin, so pay attention to that. Higher amounts may help other issues as well.
